GSUMC – Role Description

Role:                   Visitation Team Organizer

 

Ministry Area:     Hospitality

 

Purpose: 

 

Term:                  Anuall


Role Summary:

This person recruits and organizes people to serve on visitation teams, (visiting new visitors to our church). When teams are received, a training session will be arranged. Reminder cards are mailed to the teams each week.


Responsibilities:

     1.  Organize visitation teams.

     2.  Train visitation teams.

     3.  Schedule visitation teams.


Skills:

     1.  Good listening skills.

     2.  Organizational skills.

     3.  Good interpersonal skills.

     4.  Multi-media communications skills.
