Purpose:
Term: 3 years
Role Summary:
This person is responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling people to greet those who attend worship each Sunday. A written schedule of greeters should be given to the church secretary for publication in the newsletter.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all are welcomed in the sanctuary.
2. Recruit greeters.
3. Train greeters.
4. Schedule greeters.
Skills:
1. Good listening skills.
2. Organizational skills.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Multi-media communications skills.
